It is a privilege to participate in the therapeutic space with others. Being able to honor each person’s unique story and help in whatever path they feel worthy of is what draws me to this work.

When I am not at work, I will typically be reading, walking my dog or trying to keep up with my adult children.

Clinical Approach

My approach is collaborative and aimed at meeting the individual where they are. I strive to offer a safe environment that allows for reflection and growth based on what the client deems most worthy.

Who I Work With

I work with children, teens and adults with an individual focus. I am especially interested in trauma work and utilize EMDR frequently to help with that.
