I believe therapy works best when people feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. My approach is grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and connection, creating a space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oregon and a Master of Social Work from the University of North Dakota. Before entering private practice, I served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Paraguay, where I worked on community and youth development projects. That experience deepened my understanding of resilience, cultural humility, and the importance of human connection across all walks of life.

I completed my clinical internship with Indian Health Services on the Standing Rock Reservation and later worked with both youth and adults involved in the criminal justice system. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with clients of all ages and from diverse backgrounds and experiences. These experiences continue to shape my belief that healing is not one-size-fits-all and that every person carries a story worth understanding.

Clinical Approach

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches based on each client’s unique needs and goals. I value working collaboratively with clients to find what feels most supportive, effective, and meaningful for them. My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in the belief that every person already carries strengths within them, even during seasons when those strengths feel difficult to access. I see therapy as a space for curiosity, honesty, healing, and growth — not judgment. I strive to meet clients where they are while helping them better understand themselves, process difficult experiences, and move toward the life and relationships they want for themselves.

Who I Work With

I work with adolescents and adults navigating a wide range of life experiences, though I am especially drawn to working with individuals who feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, disconnected from themselves or others, or overwhelmed by the weight of trauma, anxiety, relationships, or major life transitions. I have experience working with clients from many different backgrounds and believe deeply in creating a space where people feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are.
