Licensed Professional Therapist

Licensed States: Wisconsin

Years of Experience: 3 Years

Since I was young, I have found that I feel most fulfilled when I am able to help others that are in need, whether it be friends, family, or strangers. I use my job as a therapist so that I can do this on a daily basis while having as great of an impact on my community as I can. I deeply care about the well-being of others and always hope that I can help improve the lives of those around me.

During my free time, I like to play volleyball, golf, or disc golf, go to the movie theater, watch TV, go to a new restaurant, read a book, or spend time with friends!

Clinical Approach

I strive to be a therapist who is committed to helping individuals create meaningful, positive change in their lives. I value building strong, trusting relationships with my patients and believe that effective therapy begins with patients feeling heard and understood. My approach is grounded in empathy, open communication, and personalized care, ensuring that each of my patients' unique needs and goals are at the center of our work together.

Who I Work With

I like to work with the general population and see a mix of patients across the age spectrum. I work with clients ages 5 and up. I often see patients who are experiencing mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, grief/loss, emotional regulation, life transitions, and stress management, but I’m happy to see patients for other issues not listed as well!
