Chantal Mitchell, LMFT
Psychotherapist
Licensed States: Wisconsin
Years of Experience: Since 2017
It may sound cliché, but I became a therapist because I genuinely enjoy helping people! I have had experience working with people from many different backgrounds, including marginalized populations (LGBTQ+, people of color, varying socioeconomic status). I feel fortunate to be able to support people in their mental wellness journey.
When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me baking, learning about random animal facts, playing video games, or hanging out with my golden retrievers.
Clinical Approach
I use an eclectic approach of interventions that best fit the client's needs and personal style. I pay attention not just to what’s happening within you, but also to the other elements in the bigger picture that shape your experience.
Who I Work With
I work with children (7+), adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
