Thank you for taking this important step toward your wellbeing. I recognize that reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm honored you're considering working with me. I believe therapy is most effective when built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. My approach is integrative and tailored to your unique needs, drawing from evidence-based practices while recognizing the strengths and resilience you already possess. I strive to create a non-judgmental space where all parts of your experience are welcome.

As I have had the honor of working in the mental health field for over 25 years, I understand that healing isn't linear, and it doesn't look the same for everyone. But it is possible. And I'd be honored to be part of your journey.

When I am not in session I enjoy spending time with friends and family. You might find me on the golf course, or playing with my dogs.

Clinical Approach

I often use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and Solutions Focused Therapy. Together we will explore what brought you to therapy and decide together what approach will best work for you. I am open to your ideas and thoughts about direction as it relates to therapy modalities to meet your therapy goals and improve your mental health and wellness.

Who I Work With

I specialize in working with people across the life span on the challenges and gifts that each stage brings. Whether it is a life transition, depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD, autism, or other mental health concerns, I offer a collaborative approach to finding tools and strategies to help you live the life you want to live.
