As someone who is part of the neurodivergent, chronic illness, and LGBTQIA+ communities, I recognize that therapy is not one size fits all. I strive to meet every person where they are at and collaborate to create a plan to address each person's unique needs and help them work toward their goals.
When I’m not in session, you’ll often find me LARPing with my friends, crafting costumes, snuggling with my cat, and/or reading a good book.
Clinical Approach
I use a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques based on the needs of my clients to achieve their goals. Such techniques include CBT, ERP, ACT, DBT, Prolonged Exposure for trauma, mindfulness, problem solving, systems development, motivational interviewing, psychoeducation, and self-compassion.
