After exploring a number of academic fields, I realized I have a passion for understanding what guides people in thinking and acting in the ways they do. Listening to people’s stories, understanding how their lives have been shaped, and developing new ways of thinking about their experiences is what keeps me in this profession.

I have always pursued a variety of hobbies in my life, which have included skiing and figure skating, karate, scuba diving, painting, and strategy gaming. Nowadays, I can be seen ballroom dancing a couple times per week!

Clinical Approach

I believe in working collaboratively with clients to develop an understanding of the factors that influence their thoughts, feelings, and actions. Informed by these insights, I work with clients to develop individualized, practical solutions to stresses and challenges they face.

Who I Work With

I work with children from age 4 up to adults. In my work with children, I collaborate with parents to develop an understanding of the underlying causes of their child’s behaviors, and formulate individualized solutions.
