Child, Adolescent, and Adult Psychiatrist

Licensed States: Wisconsin, North Dakota

Years of Experience: 20+

Over the past 22 years as a Psychiatrist, I've had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of individuals through their most difficult moments and their greatest breakthroughs. What I've learned is this: there is no one-size-fits-all approach to mental health. You are unique, your experiences are valid, and your path to wellness will be uniquely yours. My role is not to impose solutions, but to listen deeply, understand thoroughly, and collaborate with you to find what truly works.

I believe that healing happens in the context of a genuine relationship. That's why I prioritize creating a therapeutic space where you feel truly seen, heard, and respected—without judgment. Whether you're struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you deserve compassionate, evidence-based care.

If we decide that medication might be helpful, I want you to know that I prescribe thoughtfully and conservatively. I see medication as one tool in the toolbox—sometimes a critically important one, but never the whole story. I'll explain how medications work, what you might expect, and what side effects to watch for. We'll monitor your response carefully.

I work with children (ages 6 and up), adolescents, and adults and consider myself a lifespan Psychiatrist.  Throughout my career, I have helped countless individuals reclaim their focus, manage their symptoms, and build fulfilling lives through personalized, evidence-based care.

Outside the office I enjoy traveling, theater, reading, movies, and spending time with family and friends.
