If you would like to schedule an initial appointment with a prescriber or therapist at Mental Health Solutions, please submit a secure request to our Administrative Team by completing our New Patient Request Form through the following link:

Our Billing Office is happy to answer questions about health insurance coverage. However, all policies vary and may have specific requirements or exclusions. Your best resource for eligibility is your health insurance company. It is each patient's responsibility to verify benefits and eligibility prior to scheduling an appointment to avoid unexpected costs.
If you have a health insurance policy that requires you to see a specific provider, please call your health insurance company for authorization to see that provider before scheduling.
