Cancellation Policy
Missed appointments prevent you from receiving required care and prevent your doctor or therapist from providing that care. They also prevent another person from receiving care during that time, which is set aside specifically for you. As a result, you will be financially responsible for any missed appointments not cancelled with at least 24 hours notice (emergency exceptions may apply). Please plan ahead to arrive on time for appointments. If you are too late to allow time for proper care, you may be asked to reschedule.
Winter Weather Policy
It is our policy to close when Madison Public Schools close due to snow and blizzard conditions. We do not close due to cold temperatures alone. If you have any questions about whether or not our clinic is open, please feel free to call and confirm before you travel. Thank you.
