Our Billing Office is happy to answer questions about health insurance coverage. However, all policies vary and may have specific requirements or exclusions. Your best resource for eligibility is your health insurance company. It is each patient's responsibility to verify benefits and eligibility prior to scheduling an appointment to avoid unexpected costs.

Alliance
Mental Health Solutions is an Alliance-contracted clinic. No prior authorization is required to see an Alliance provider. To schedule, please call us directly and have your insurance information available. Also, remember to bring your insurance card to your initial visit.
Blue Cross – Blue Shield (Preferred Providers)
There are many regional, national, and federal BCBS plans. Please contact the Customer Service number on your insurance card for your mental health benefits and to see if a prior authorization is required. Also, remember to bring your insurance card to your initial visit.
Dean/SSM Health Plan
All of the prescribers and therapists in our clinic are Dean/SSM Health providers. No prior authorization is required. To schedule, please call us directly and have your insurance information available. Also, remember to bring your insurance card to your initial visit.
Group Health Cooperative
All of the prescribers and therapists in our clinic are GHC providers. If you are seeking Couples or Family Therapy, please contact GHC Member Services to discuss your benefits and any prior authorization requirements. No prior authorization is required for individual treatment. To schedule, please call us directly and have your insurance information available. Also, remember to bring your insurance card to your initial visit.
Quartz
All of the prescribers and therapists in our clinic are Quartz providers. However, you should verify coverage with your specific Quartz plan prior to scheduling. Some Quartz plans obtained on the Marketplace (Obamacare) have high deductibles or offer no coverage at all. No prior authorization is required. To schedule, please call us directly and have your insurance information available. Also, remember to bring your insurance card to your initial visit.
Quartz – MA (Forward Health or Badgercare Quartz)
Our clinic is not a provider for Quartz – MA
WPS
Mental Health Solutions is a WPS-contracted clinic. No prior authorization is required to see a WPS provider. To schedule, please call us directly and have your insurance information available. Also, remember to bring your insurance card to your initial visit.
Out-of-Network Insurance Providers
If you choose to see a provider at Mental Health Solutions using Out-of-Network benefits, you are responsible for paying for your care at the time of service. You may then file a claim with your health insurance company for reimbursement.
