Our demo is a fully operational version of our program --except for the billing module -- which will work for thirty days after installation. It's free provided that you are a psychologist, social worker, psychiatrist, PA, psychiatric nurse, physician, or are associated with a clinic, university, or county, state, or federal agency providing mental health services. If you'd like to purchase the program after trying the demo, you just contact us and we provide you with passwords and purchase numbers that convert the demo to the complete single-user or small network version. If you need our Enterprise version, requiring Microsoft SQL software, we send you an enhanced version of our demo. Please note that the demo does not have the newest, updatable pharmacy database, and it does not contain billing or claims. To order, do any one of the following:

Two network versions are available, one requiring Microsoft SQL for large networks and one which can operate on Windows 95/98/NT without an SQL server. The smaller network version is designed for installations in which 1--15 users might be online at the same time, and when remote access and/or multiple clinic sites are not required. Prices given below are for the small network . Add $3000 to the 5-user base price + $150 per additional user for the SQL version of the program. Purchase of additional software, e.g. Microsoft SQL(r) is an additional expense.
- 5-user, no billing, no pharmacy enhancement: $3500
- additional users, from 6-20, $600 each.
- additional users, from 21 to 50, $500 each.
- additional users, from 51 to 200, $400 each.
- one free user for every 10 additional user licenses purchased
- pharmacy enhancements are billed at $200 per prescriber. Non prescribes have free access provided that a prescriber license has been purchased.
- Billing module, $2500 for basic 5-user system
