Sending statements to clients
- Statements sent to clients are automatically surpressed until the insurance company has responded. Thus, unless the client is private pay, no insurance statement arrives until the client's primary insurance company has responded to the claim. Courteous, efficient. THis feature has a manual over-ride, however, when it is necessary to produce a claim outside of a normal billing cycle.
- Statements are written in clear english. They are friendly and informative. They resemble a letter more than a typical bill. Clients respond positively. At our major beta test site, collections were in excess of 95% using this system!
- Production of a statement includes the opportunity to write personal messages to clients who need special reminders.
- Statement production is analogous to HCFA claims production and is extremely easy.
