Reports available in the Accounting Module
With a button click or with navigation to an appropriate screen, all kinds of financial information is available to you. Depending on your choices, the program can be set up so that therapists can view their own accounts receivables and collections at any time, can look up a client's account, and can check to see HMO authorizations for a client. So can the front desk.
Some of the reports currently available through the GoalMinder Account Manager are:
- Monthly account summaries:
- A monthly summary for each therapist showing total collections, total billings, a breakdown of the amount of services billed (how many 45-50 min psychotherapy sessions, intakes, med checks, etc.)amounts collected by insurance company, and amounts billed but not yet received from insurance companies.
- A listing by therapist of every client billed for that month
- A listing by therapist of the amount received for every client in which there was money taken in either from an insurance company or through co-pay or self-pay.
- A comprehensive aging report, available on demand at any time, for each therapist
- A balance of payments report to verify bank balance submissions. Information can be viewed:
- By entry date range
- and/or by therapist
- and/or by client
- sorted by date, date & Payor, or date and Therapist
- Outstanding charges by payor
- HMO Authorization countdowns (tracks the number of sessions or date range of authorized sessions used and remaining)
